What is it that keeps people coming back?

Some people say that new business is the lifeblood of all successful companies, but we’re pleased to say that we probably chase less business than most.  The number of repeat business and referral clients we see is high and it’s climbing.  A lifetime ago our parents may only ever have bought one house.  These days, it seems we are less patient, less fixed.  We live for change and movement.

Over the years we’ve had clients for whom we have sold and bought, sold and bought, three or four times.

They have sent us their sons and daughters.  And their parents.  Their friends.  Their colleagues.  Their clients.

We’ve helped them from first-time apartments to first-time houses.  We helped them buy larger because their children are growing; buy smaller because they’ve moved on.  We’ve helped them with investment and commercial opportunities large and small.

They now trust us to do our best with these major lifestyle changes.  They trust us because we didn’t see their property as a short term, one-off sale.

After we’ve finalised a sale we believe we can look every one of our client’s right in the eye.  We aim to be respected and worthy of a return trip.  The nicest phone calls we receive are from people reminding us we sold their house many years ago and now they want to talk again.

We don’t expect to see you every year, but a few times in our lifetime would be great.
