Our open approach is nothing to be afraid of

There may be skeletons in any relationship.  But they’re only spooky when they are not expected.  We believe in opening every closet. We expect to be judged as open, honest and above board in everything we do.  We want everyone to have all the facts so they can make a balanced assessment of their chances of success.  Professional handling can produce a clean, swift and beneficial result for both parties.

We are honest about the vendor’s price expectation.  We will not tell one price to the seller and a lower price to buyers.  No-one is more annoyed in the property market than potential buyers led up the garden path with an unrealistically low estimate.  We want informed buyers who can remain interested and feel competitive until the price is settled.

We take pride in the accuracy of our initial estimates and by avoiding any deception up front we place no limitations on the final price.  We’d be happy to discuss our successful sales with you.

Obviously, there are some disappointed bidders at every sale.  If they are only disappointed but not seriously disgruntled, they will be back another day and the market remains healthy for our  following vendors.  People recover from coming second, as long as it was a fair contest with all facts on the table.
