When we first made our corporate intentions clear we raised eyebrows in the real estate industry.    We like to think we’ve raised the bar in our profession.  Many things we introduced are now being followed by the others and are becoming an industry standard.  We continue to innovate.

We put detailed floor plans in all our marketing material for our clients properties, we cut out waffly “agents speak” words we know the market distrusts; we make use of video on the internet and we embrace the world of social media.

With our exclusive database we can give you access to both local and international buyers.  Our house inspections don’t suddenly close because times up and that’s all we budgeted for.  We prefer not to rush.  We allow the time to ensure an atmosphere of quiet professionalism is maintained.

The thing the others don’t seem to have matched is our strategy of delivering a style and level of service that intelligent adults appreciate.  You may be pleasantly surprised to learn you won’t be passed down to an inexperienced junior.

We do believe in hiring and bringing up some extremely promising young people, but you will meet them only alongside one of our principals.

We have a one office mentality.  No co-branded franchises in the next suburb fighting for the sale and a quick  commission.  No interoffice rivalry that could cost you money with a wrong communication or infighting.  We have no competition for “salesperson of the month” which we say benefits the agent not the client.
